CCI is run by its members. A Board of Trustees of at most nine people manages the affairs of the organization — the annual events, the elections, the books of account, and the financial and statutory filings a 501(c) non-profit owes its members and the state.
New trustees are elected by the members each year for a term of three years, replacing the outgoing trustees so that continuity carries from one board to the next.
